Maddie Ziegler was thrown into the public eye at such a young age, absolutely #killing it during her time on Dance Moms, and then paving her amazing career starting with her cameo in Sia‘s music video for “Chandelier.”
Absolute queen.
So, as expected, Maddie has had quite a few interesting fan encounters and she’s totally accustomed to them now.
However when she was 9, she says she had her creepiest one yet, and she revealed it to Galore.
“It was when I first started meeting fans, and [people] started to realise who I was. This girl brought me this huge box, and I was like ‘Aw, thanks,’ and she goes, ‘Will you open it right now in front of me?'”
So she did…
“I was like, ‘Yeah, sure.’ I opened it and it was this big grandfather clock with my name engraved in it, it was the creepiest thing. It was just weird. Why would you give a grandfather clock to a nine-year-old?”
