As any One Direction fan will know, the hiatus has really been a thorn in our sides.
However the most rewarding thing to come from the boy’s break, is the fact that they’re all smashing it with their solo careers.
And they’re so proud of each other
Although they may not spend time on stage together anymore, their bromances are still alive, especially between Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.
While Niall performed with his ~new~ band recently, Louis was in the crowd cheering him on… although he’s just now admitted how strange it was for him.
While chatting candidly with Ask Anything, Lou admits that seeing his former bandmate on stage without him was super weird. “It was surreal for me to go, I went to go watch one of Niall’s concert shows and that was actually more surreal for me to see him on stage and perform.”
He continued, “Cause I’ve only ever seen him perform when he’s stood next to me, pretty much. So it definitely is surreal but it is amazing to go and have that experience cause we didn’t before. It’s nice to go and cheer him on from the side lines as well.”

Hopefully one day we will get to see the boys on stage together again, but for now, it’s moments like these that get us through these cold, hiatus days.
