Meeting Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart or just any of the Riverdale cast would be an absolute dream come true, but being respectful is absolute essential when meeting any celebrity.
Unfortunately for Lili and Cole, they had a bad fan encounter recently, where the fan totally dragged Cole for being “disgusting and rude”.
She even tweeted Cole, saying that she approached him and the actors “in a friendly way as if [she] knew him,” alleging that Cole yelled, “who the f- are you?”
“basically moral of the story [is] downtown vancouver is trash and the cast of @CW_Riverdale are disgusting and rude.
“you know you’re signing up for public to talk to you,” she wrote, “otherwise just quit.”
She finished her lengthy rant with…
“i just wanna say F- RUDE PEOPLE, don’t become a celeb if u want privacy, u get paid for having fans so respect them or be nice at least.”
Pretty heavy stuff, right? Lucky for Cole, his gorj girlfriend Lili was there to share her side of the story, calling the fan out completely and defending her BAE.
“You do not have the right to approach STRANGERS and throw your arms around us like you know us. What you did was not cool and inappropriate,” Lili began.
“Cole’s response to you was ‘do I know you?’ After you rudely invaded our space and got in our faces.
“It’s easy to make us look like the bad guys because you think there’s no chance in hell we would ever call you out on it. Here you go.”

The pair have been reportedly dating since July, and have only ever spoken so highly of each other. It’s important to remember that although meeting your favourite celebrity can SO exciting, they are people too and deserve some respect and privacy.
