Just recently, hilarious paparazzi photos of Shawn Mendes struggling with some ocean waves made their way to Twitter.
In short, they’re hilariously adorable.
Shawn obviously caught wind of his embarrassment, and tweeted them asking where the heck they were coming from.
That’s when Liam Payne saw his opportunity to be funny™, retweeting him and saying, “Sorry man I took them… couldn’t help myself.”
Obviously fans picked up on the exchange immediately.
It comes only a day after Shawn savagely made fun of John Mayer on Instagram, poking fun at his age.
How’s that for troll karma.
