Kylie Jenner fans were stoked with the news that the beauty boss was getting her very own reality show, Life Of Kylie.
While Keeping Up With The Kardashians is on the decline and spin-offs Rob & Chyna and I Am Cait have been total duds, we had hope that the youngest sister would be able to revive the ratings.
But unfortunately, the show premiered to lower ratings than hoped for and is receiving loads of hate from critics and fans.
Kris Jenner recently took to Instagram to brag about the show’s ratings but a network insider claims that it’s just a smokescreen and the powers that be were expected much higher numbers.
“The show was a disaster – no-one liked it,” an insider tells The Sun.
“The whole family is panicking and the rest of the series is now being re-cut to make it more exciting.”
“The ending of the second episode needed more bang – like Keeping Up With The Kardashians, you need something that viewers want to come back for.”
“Everyone’s worried that Kylie’s life isn’t exciting enough for viewers who want drama and fighting.”
Their solution?
To bring in the big guns, and by big guns, we of course mean Kylie’s ~controversial~ big sis.
“They want to include more footage of her sister, Kim [Kardashian], as they think people will tune in to watch then.”
Apparently an upcoming episode is being “re-cut” so it’s more “exciting” for viewers.
Awkward!
