Remember that EPIC fight between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian last December that left everyone absolutely shook?
Well, it looks like not all is forgiven between the two, as both Rob and sister Kylie Jenner are suing Chyna over the attack.
Rob and Chyna were living in Kylie’s home at the time, and she is being sued for battery, assault and vandalism, as The Blast reports.
The siblings reveal in a complaint filed on Wednesday that they “endured several months of injuries” after Chyna’s “deliberate attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains.”
The complaint, obtained by PEOPLE, also claims that Chyna’s decision to have baby Dream with Rob was “nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family.”
Woah.
Rob “was able to escape her grasp, however he suffered injuries to his neck” while Chyna “chased after Rob and repeatedly struck him in the head and face,” according to court documents.
After the fight, Rob also claimed that Chyna damaged a television, broke down a door, damaged the walls and destroyed cell phones in the house. Kylie claimed the damages to her house were about $100,000.
The suit also claims that Chyna, “became pregnant with Rob’s child, demonstrating one of [her] deliberate actions to cash in on the Kardashian fame.”
That is a whole lot of Kardashian drama that we definitely cannot keep up with.
