If there’s one thing we have all come to learn about Kylie Jenner, it’s that what she says, goes.
When she lip-lined her lips, everyone lip-lined their lips. When she started spamming fans with Snapchats, everyone started going HAM on the same app.
However, she may giveth but she can certainly taketh away.
Yesterday, Kylie tweeted the sad reality about Snapchat:
“sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me… ugh this is so sad.”
Honestly, truer words have never been spoken. Especially after that god-awful Snapchat update that everyone hates.
According to Bloomberg, Snap Inc. (the company of Snapchat) has lost $1.3 billion in market value since yesterday. ALL because of that single tweet from King Ky.
Kylie’s stories are incredibly popular on Snapchat. In fact, probably the most popular out of everyone. So if she stops using it, then it’s not going to look good for the company. Or all the investors who have put millions of dollars into it.
That’s the power of Kylie Jenner. She’s managed to basically take down an entire billion dollar company all because she’s not that into it anymore.
