Riverdale is totally up in the air right now, with production halted due to Coronavirus, and the fate of Jughead (Cole Sprouse) still unknown… But are we about to lose KJ Apa as well?

The actor has revealed to his fans just how much longer he has on The CW show.
Speaking to the LA Times KJ revealed he has signed a multi-year deal, meaning the show will go on! WITH KJ!
“Though he wouldn’t get into the specifics of his contract — which he said is the same for all of the show’s leads — Apa said he’ll be on Riverdale for the next three years,” the LA Times reported.
Riverdale is currently on its fourth season, which means it could go all the way up to seven seasons if it gets renewed. In January this year, Riverdale was renewed by The CW for a fifth season.
It seems likely that Camila Mendes, Lili Reinhart, Cole Sprouse and Madelaine Petch have also signed the same deal as KJ.
While other stars including Casey Cott, Charles Melton and Vanessa Morgan are on the show full time, they joined later than the core four so their contracts may differ!
The show might be insanely wild but we love it nonetheless. Bring on more seasons!
