KJ Apa has ditched Archie Andrews’ signature red haired look in favour of his natural dark ‘do for his new movie role.
The Riverdale star is currently filming The Hate U Give which is based on the young adult novel with the same name by Angie Thomas.
The actor was photographed on set rocking his dark brown locks.
Playing the role of Chris, KJ will star alongside the incredible Amandla Stenberg as her boyfriend.
KJ’s character was originally going to be played by Kian Lawley until he was fired from the movie back in February when racist comments he had made surfaced online.
If you ask us, KJ is a much better choice for the flick!
