Kim Kardashian has once again found herself in hot water for reckless endangerment after being caught texting while driving.
Paps snapped pics of the mama-of-two using her smart phone while driving her silver Range Rover in L.A.
Texting while driving is a criminal offense which would result in a $20 fine for a first offense; it increases to $50 for a second offense and other excess fees may be added to process the charge, Radar Online reports.
Kim has previously been dragged for sharing a photo of her son Saint West facing forward in a car-seat when 18-month-old babies aren’t meant to be in the front seat of the car at all.
Perhaps she should just get driven around by her chauffeur, yeah?
