Out of all the Kardashian pregnancies, Kim Kardashian is the only one who has actually confirmed hers.

In an episode of Keeping Up, the reveals that she and Kanye are expecting their third child via surrogate.

Now, fans believe that she has also revealed that they will be having twins!

Shortly after, Kim deleted the tweet, and re-worded it, adding even more fuel to the fire.
