Surprise! Kim Kardashian is being mum-shamed again.
Kim’s first-born daughter North West turns five this week, so to celebrate, Kim took her and her friends to Dylan’s Candy Bar in New York.
In fact, pics of North enjoying herself with mumma-K have popped up all over the weekend, and one thing is noticeably different about her: she has straight hair.
As you can see, North looks absolutely ecstatic in each photo. However people who have nothing to do with North are RAGING.
Thankfully, Kim had her defenders.
Kim has also explained in the past how much effort she has gone to to make sure she knows how to style North’s natural curls too.
In an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in 2016, Kim confessed that she didn’t know how to do North’s hair.
“North is so proud of her curly hair, and she’s very opinionated on how she wants to wear [it],” she said. “As a mum, you don’t wanna have to tell her, ‘I don’t know how to do your hair.’ It’s such a prideful thing to make her look pretty and make her look confident; it’s important to me.”
She then got a tutorial on braiding from celebrity hair-stylist Kim Kimble, and at the time Kim got majorly criticised for not being able to style her daughters hair.
What’s important is that North seemed to have an amazing time for her birthday, with her loving mum by her side.
