Earlier this year while on vacay in Mexico for Kourtney Kardashian‘s birthday, Kim was photographed on the beach in her bikini and the pics went viral, leaving the star the target of online hate (UGH!).
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians ep that featured the whole debacle recently aired and Kourtney and Khloè made a sad confession about their sister.
“Kim is normally not this insecure,” says Khloè.
“If she just didn’t have access to social media or just stopped looking at the blogs, I think that she would start to feel better.”
She adds: “I feel like one of the best things she did for herself after her Paris incident was she really detached herself from the internet and social media.”
“I think we kind of need to step in and do something like that so she realises this does not matter, and we take that bullshit out of her life.”
Shortly after the pics went live, Kim appeared on US talkshow The View and claimed that they were Photoshopped to make her look bad.
“I saw these awful photos of myself when I was on a trip in Mexico and people were Photoshopping them and sharpening them,” she said.
“I definitely was not in my best shape. I hadn’t worked out in about 12 weeks, I’d had two surgeries on my uterus. We documented that on the show.”
The mother-of-two adds: “But I was already not feeling like myself and when people were like sharpening them and making them look way worse and then those were going around, I was like ‘Okay, I’m going to get it together’ and I started working out with this bodybuilder girl.”
