Just this week, Kim Kardashian revealed that she’s ready for baby number three, but as per usual, it’s not going to be that easy for her.

In a sneak peek at Sunday’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians first released by E!, Kim began with, “I want my kids to have siblings, and I want to know that I did everything I could to make this happen.”
Which happens to be a lot, actually. The final step is a uterine surgery which Kim explains is “really the one last thing I can try.”
While telling her family, she explains, “I have to go in an prepare my uterus because I decided I’m going to try have on more baby.”
Kendall’s response is shock, saying, “Oh my God. I thought you were for sure done,” whereas Kris’s boyfriend Corey Gamble adds, “I don’t want you to, like, do anything risky.”
The surgery has to be done to remove scar tissue from her previously difficult labours, but it “would still be a really high-risk pregnancy, just, like, we’d be able to get pregnant.”
Woah.
Later in a confessional, Kim acknowledges that, “Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle. I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctor’s don’t feel like it’s safe for me to conceive again myself.”
The clip even shows doctors warning Kim that another pregnancy could be “very traumatic – we’re always worried about the next serious complication.”
It doesn’t even end there, with Kris telling Kim that, “You could bled to death.”
Well then… there’s no doubt that if Kim goes through with it there are going to be HUGE risks. Hopefully she can get through it without any danger, and welcome another adorable baby West into the world.
