The pregnant reality star was spotted out and about wearing a massively oversized coat to hide her belly.

Friends of Koko recently told Radar Online that she’s sah happy about her pregnancy but she’s not ready to show off her bump just yet.
“All Khloe’s ever wanted was to get married and start a family,” says the insider.
