Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s finally showed what we’ve all been waiting to see: True Thompson’s birth!
While it was a magical moment for Khloe, it was also really effing awkward.
Just days before True’s delivery, the entire world, including all the Kardashians, found out about Tristan cheating on Khloe… multiple times.
Kim was especially mad at Tristan during the birth of True, threatening to kill him on multiple occasions. However, they did keep things civil for Khloe, so she could enjoy this life-changing moment.
However, now that it’s all been said and done, Khloe is looking back and laughing at an incredibly awkward photo from the delivery room.
Sharing the pic on her Instagram story, she wrote, “This is one of the most awkward photos I have seen in a long time. You can feel the tension lol but it makes me laugh for some reason. I am definitely one of those people that when I am uncomfortable I nervously laugh. Welcome to my labor lol.”

As you can see, Khloe’s family is posing with Tristan and his posse, along with a very pregnant Khloe in the middle, holding it all together.
It’s incredibly awkward, but leave it to Khloe to find humour in the bad situation.
