Katy Perry and her team are facing a legal battle, after an ex-stagehand of hers claims to have lost a toe while working on her world tour.
Christina Fish claims that while she was employed by Katy during her 2014 Prismatic World Tour, she was helping to move a wall, and it allegedly rolled over her foot. She claims her shoe filled up with blood.
Nobody called an ambulance for her so she had to call a friend to take her to ER, and that eventually her toe needed to be amputated.
TMZ notes that she suffered “great emotional distress” and loss of her fave hobbies.
Now, she is suing Katy and the entertainment company Live Nation.
Katy herself has yet to make any comments.
