Back in May, Justin Bieber took himself to hospital after a soccer injury left one of his testicles twisted.
Ouch.
However, the visit has sparked a horrible legal claim between the hospital, and a now past-employee.
Kelly Lombardo allegedly accessed Justin’s medical file illegally, and spread rumours that he was in there because of an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease), which got her fired for being “an immoral employee.”
However, the new lawsuit claims that she never accessed Justin’s file, but simply heard a rumour from others that he was there for an STD treatment.
Sources close to Justin told TMZ that after playing soccer, Justin “WebMD’d himself” into a fright and believed he had a testicular torsion, which is a very serious condition caused when a spermatic cord twists, cutting off blood flow to the testicle, and requires surgery.
Justin didn’t have this, instead a swollen testicle.
Kelly’s lawyer has claimed to TMZ that, “my client never accessed Mr. Bieber’s medical file and yet she was fired for doing so.”
Yikes.
And the lawsuit comes a day after Justin’s infamous naked photos were leaked onto Selena Gomez’s hacked Instagram account.
This is not a good week for naked Bieber.
