You ain’t a YouTuber if you can’t pull together a decent collab but internet peeps should really be thinking twice about who they invite onto their channel!
Beauty vlogger Jeffree Starr has landed in hot water once again (hey, there’s a sentence we bet you’ve never heard before!) for inviting ~controversial~ YouTuber Jake Paul to team up on a video with him.
First, old mate Jeff @’d Jake on Twitter: “I see @jakepaul driving in front of me right now… Let’s race our Tesla’s?”
His suggestion was immediately shot down by furious followers who weren’t OK with the collab.
Jake then responded: “Lol down!! Was that your pink one?! So sick!! Next time drive me off the road like ur fans are saying and vlog it. just tag me.”
Despite the backlash, Jeffree is still down for the collab (???).
“Hahaha yes that was me! When are you doing my makeup?”
That’s when the backlash kicked up a notch and angry Twitter users went to town on the would-be collaborators.
Better nix this idea, Jeffree!
