He posted the message on Twitter, sharing that he will be going to Walmart and fill two large moving trucks with supplies. He also posted a video, explaining, “This is our opportunity to come together as a community and use social media to make change.”

But, regardless of his intentions, Texas needs all the help they can get right now and Jake doing this definitely does help.
