A source has revealed to Hollywood Life that while Katy attended Elton John’s 70th birthday bash, she and actor Ryan Phillippe were getting their flirt on all night.
“She was totally giggling and at one point he had his hand on her knee. Then he took off but came back later for more flirting!” The source claimed.
