WATCH: Harry Styles admits he works out to One Direction songs

While appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres show, former member Harry Styles played a fun game of “Burning Questions” where he was asked in a hot seat a bunch of juicy questions.

One thing Ellen grilled the “Adore You” singer on was about his guilty pleasures. Well, he delivered in spades.

Smiling at Ellen and the audience, Harry admitted that he still loves “working out to One Direction”.

This brought out a good laugh in Ellen and the crowd, but sadly for us, Harry didn’t reveal which songs were on his playlist.

We can only assume that his personal favourite “Olivia” would be included, and of course, to do Niall proud, “Act My Age”

It’s a stark difference to what other members of the band have said about their time together.

Liam Payne, whilst slamming his former bandmates like Louis Tomlinson and Harry, has admitted that staying in the band might have killed him

“It was really scary at first,” Liam explained about the band initially breaking up… or going on ‘hiatus’. “But I needed to stop, definitely. It would have killed me. One hundred percent.”

Speaking to The Telegraph he also said, “It was incredible. But we got tired. Not tired of it, just tired out. I can never really remember any major bust-ups, just brotherly family nagging s****y arguments like that.

“But we were gonna end up killing each other. We all sat down on day, had a chat and it was like, ‘We need to take a break, chill out and try something new’.”

While we’re happy they didn’t kill each other… we’re not happy that Liam also revealed recently that the boys have no real reason to be friends anymore.

“I keep in touch with most of them. I think other people just want their space,” Liam told Wired last September. “And also, you know, we worked together for five years. Some of us, we didn’t really have that much in common except for that we had a job together. Now that we don’t have that job together anymore, there’s not really any real reason for us to talk that often. Which is fine. That’s just the way people are, really.”

Yikes.
