When Halsey stepped out looking like a modern day Marilyn Monroe at the amfAR New York Gala, she made sure her incredible thigh-high split was covered by wearing high-cut black underwear.
However, some media outlets blurred her crotch area, making it seem like she was having a huge wardrobe malfunction.
“I had on an entire pair of high cut black underwear under the dress 
you can’t slap a censor bar over black fabric and make everyone think my pu**y is out. Tabloid culture never fails to surprise me.”
