Ncuti Gatwa, aka Eric from Sex Education, has easily become one of the best characters from the show. He also has a lot of influence over his huge fanbase, which he is using for a good cause.

The star has decided to start a freaking movement, and it’s all about hygiene in the bathroom. Something we can ALL get behind.
In season two episode one, Eric and Otis (Asa Butterfield) are having a very deep conversation about… masturbating in the boys’ bathroom.
Their hilarious convo was interrupted by someone in that bathroom stall. “I wasn’t going to come out,” they said… “because what you’re talking about is very strange and embarrassing, and I thought it would be awkward.”
However, Eric doesn’t relish in the embarrassment. Instead, he says: “You should wash your hands, you dirty pig!”
And so, his iconic moment was created!
It’s so iconic that it’s become a meme.

It’s become so big that people might actually be more hygienic now! A win-win situation all around.
