Just a week after Ed Westwick was accused of assault by two women, a third alleged victim has broken her silence about being abused by the actor.
Creative Producer Rachel Eck told Buzzfeed that in 2014, she went to a villa at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood to see her boyfriend at the time, Aussie film producer Kaine Harling and Westwick.
She claims the Gossip Girl star: “asked me to invite a friend to hang out with the three of us”. But because it was 2.30am, none of her friends were awake. Eck adds: “When I didn’t bring a girl for him he turned his sights on me.”
Eck, who was a 23-year-old executive assistant at the time, alleges that Westwick repeatedly tried to kiss her for seven hours and she was forced to defend herself by pushing him away when he got “more handsy.”
She adds that her boyfriend convinced her not to leave even after she told him about what Westwick was doing.
But as the night went on and she became more uncomfortable, she told Harling she was “definitely leaving” and when she said goodbye to Westwick, “Ed… pulled me onto the bed and aggressively groped [my breasts]. I shoved him off as quickly as I could and left.”
The string of claims started last week when 27-year-old actress, Kristina Cohen shared a lengthy post via Facebook where she recalled the night that the British actor allegedly raped her.
Following Cohen’s allegations, Westwick took to Instagram to deny the claims. “I do not know this woman,” he wrote.
“I have never forced myself in any manner on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape.”
Then, less than 24 hours after Cohen’s claims, actress Aurelie Wynn shared her story of allegedly being raped by Westwick on Facebook.
Westwick released a statement denying Wynn’s claims, which read: “It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and probably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who would ever conclude that I had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct. I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.”
