Demi Lovato and her boyfriend Max Ehrich haven’t been dating for very long, but being confined inside together during isolation has clearly brought them closer together because rumour has it that he’s thinking of proposing to her?? Or that they’re already engaged?!?!?! We’re going to get to the bottom of this.

According to an Us Weekly source, Max has plans on proposing to Demi as soon as the world gets back to normal. “Max plans to propose to Demi after this whole pandemic is resolved and their families wouldn’t be surprised by the proposal,” the source said. “They think they make a great couple.”
They’re “getting really serious” and “the quarantine has been really great for Demi, and she and Max have gotten so close,” the source added. “She’s doing a great job at staying sober, healthy and taking care of herself.”
This is SO CUTE.
We know it’s fast but he’s “a really nice guy and they are happy together,” so that’s enough for us.
However, right as these reports were coming in, a separate report from E! says the rumor isn’t exactly true.
Nooo!
“The engagement rumors are not true,” an E! source revealed. “It’s still early in the relationship and Demi and Max are enjoying just getting to know each other.”
At least, if anything, it’s confirmation that they’re actually dating.
“Max is very much in love with Demi and is infatuated with her,” a different source told E! News. “Max has basically already moved into Demi’s house and everything has been going really well. They are always joking and laughing all day long, keeping each other entertained.”
