It’s the good news we’d been waiting for. Demi Lovato is set to leave hospital this week.
According to TMZ, Demi has stablised after the terrifying overdose that almost killed her.
Plans are being made for her to be discharged from hospital this week.
But she’s not quite out of the woods yet, with her team insisting she enter rehab straight away.
One person who works for Demi even told TMZ they will quit unless she checks herself in straight away.
“She could die if she doesn’t, and that’s not going to be on my watch that we did nothing.”
While it’s ultimately up to Demi whether she goes or not, sources say this is the wake-up call she needed.
Earlier, a publicist for the star spoke out on her behalf and said she was thankful for the outpouring of support she had received.
“Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support,” her rep said.
Here’s hoping she gets the help she needs.
