In today’s very, very random news… Twitter users are debating each other about the correct way to write the letter ‘X’.
For real.
The question is how you draw the letter ‘X’ when writing it on paper. As in, which line do you draw diagonally first?
Artist Sixers Smasey posted the dilemma online, and it soon gained A LOT of momentum. Right now, over 70k people have liked the tweet.

As expected, it turned chaotic.
Even some celebrities got in on it. The Good Place writer Megan Amram wrote, “I do 6 but I’m also a proven idiot.” Lol. Stephen Fry was firmly a number 6 too.
Smasey claimed that American will usually use a number 7 and 8, while British people are more inclined to pick No. 5 and 6.
As a proud Aussie, I’m a firm 7.
