If you thought Cody Simpson expressing his love for Miley Cyrus after a week of dating was a lot… it’s just escalated.
Miley Cyrus is currently in hospital from her tonsilitis, but Cody has swooped in as the best boyfie ever by bringing her roses and a SONG. That’s right, a song, just for Miley.
Miley has been updating her fans on her health via her Instagram Stories, which is where she wrote, “BF coming to visit me @ the hospy 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤.”

Cody showed up bearing gifts for sick Miley.
“Arrived with roses and a guitar in his hand 😭#ImNotCrying #YoureCrying” she wrote on a photo of an enthusiastic Cody arriving at the hospital.
Honestly, our heart hurts so much for Liam, but Cody is killing it.
Cody brought his guitar along because he wrote a damn song for Miley that she teased on her Instagram story (video above). She even wrote that she’s pressuring him to release it as a single next week!
“this sweeeeet guy came to visit at the hospital and sang the sweeeeeeetest song he wrote just for me 🖤,” wrote Miley.
“It’s too special to be only heard in full by my ears so I am currently pressuring him to DROP IT next week… & it’s working #GoldenThing 👸🏼✨”
Miley seems to have is really bad for Cody, even expressing earlier that she is no longer gay… because of him.
Is this just a swipe at her brief ex-girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter? It could be… or possibly, Cody is THE ONE.
Earlier this week, Miley revealed that her new boyfriend was caring for her while she had tonsilitis. Cody serenaded her with a love song (again), and Miley captioned it, “The DR. is back… luckiest.”
The bottom of the post also had the writing, “Btw mom… there’s been a change of plans.” In the background, there is a graphic painting that reads, “MOM I’M GAY”.
We’re assuming this is a cheeky dig at Kaitlynn, who yesterday revealed she was worried for Miley considering her recent behaviour.
A source revealed to TMZ that, “they’re still friends…but they’re just not in a romantic relationship anymore.” The publication reports that “she’s not bothered” by her new fling with Cody, but “Kaitlynn has expressed concern over Miley’s behaviour to friends” as “she’s worried for her well-being.”
Miley came out to her fans as pansexual in 2015, which refers to someone who is attracted to somebody regardless of their sex or gender identity.
Are Miley’s feelings for Cody that strong that she’s now taking it back, or is she just kidding?
Hopefully, Miley doesn’t leave another one of our Aussie men broken-hearted! Cody has fallen fast for Miley. He even penned her a love-poem on his Instagram account Prince Neptune.
