Chrissy Teigen, otherwise known as the queen of clapbacks, has done what she does best— fired back at a nasty Twitter user.

Yesterday, the 34-year-old model shared a “thirst trap” video of herself posing in front of her bathroom mirror while sporting a black swimsuit which showcased her enviable physique. While dozens of body-positive comments flooded in, one anonymous Twitter user publicly shamed Chrissy for her “square” shape— a comment she did not take lightly.
“Everyone used to….surgically enhanced curves. I’ve been a square my whole life and let me tell you, it’s paid off nicely in many ways,” Chrissy tweeted when a fan pointed out that both men and women were “throwing insults” her way.
After “Good Place” actress and activist, Jameela Jamil, confessed she “loved the video”, Chrissy responded, saying: “Thank u 🙂 I’ve gotten used to my right angle bod, you’d think people have seen it enough that it doesn’t shock them anymore but nope lol.”
The mum-of-two followed up with a comment about her husband John Legend still finding her sexy, a huge win considering the “Ordinary People” singer was recently crowned People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive”.
“Imagine if one day I showed up with hips and an ass. Ooooo you guys would be pissed then too! I’m happy, John’s happy, we all happy and doing a-okay,” she concluded.
The cookbook author has long been the target of near-constant criticism online, with the star defending herself earlier this year after someone claimed she’ll never have a curvaceous figure like her friend Kim Kardashian’s.
“Everyone so used to ass shots and photoshopped instagrams,” she tweeted alongside a paparazzi photo showing her holding their son Miles while standing in a hot tub. “I’ve had no ass forever – is this new news to some of you?”
“F*ckin lames wouldn’t be able to stop blabbering if I got my ass done either,” she continued in a separate tweet. “Bored as all hell, never can win!”
Chrissy has always been vocal about her changing figure, opening up about her “new normal” weight post-pregnancy after welcoming their son Miles in 2019.
“Basically I am 20 pounds heavier than I was before Miles,” she wrote on Instagram, adding she keeps reminding herself the number on the scale doesn’t define her worth.
“He’s 10 months old, I never lost the last bit because I just love food too much. Just coming to terms with my new normal, when I had this certain number for so long!”
