Miley Cyrus just gave the best response to fans claiming she unfollowed everyone who attended Kendall Jenner’s law-breaking COVID-19 25th birthday party.
Over the weekend, Kendall Jenner held a 100-plus gathering at Harriet’s Rooftop in West Hollywood for her 25th birthday party. The event, which went against California state law which permits that people of up to three households can gather at a single place, was apparently “Covid-safe” as guests reportedly took rapid COVID-19 tests before they were allowed inside.
But, it still illustrated the privilege of the celebrities who attended during this pandemic in that they could even get access to a rapid coronavirus test when others in the same country couldn’t even get a normal one.

Afterwards, fans noticed that the 27-year-old “Midnight Sky” singer wasn’t following Jenner and some of her party guests—Kylie Jenner, Saweetie and The Weeknd—and assumed that she unfollowed them because of their irresponsible behaviour. But, as Cyrus clarified in an Instagram comment, she didn’t even follow them to begin with.
“Never. Followed. Any. Of. Them. To. Begin. With,” Cyrus wrote. “Let’s stop talkin bout who I follow on the damn gram and talk about VOTING! One day to go! #BidenHarris.”

A celebrity acknowledging that there are more important things to worry about than petty celebrity drama right now, like the U.S. presidential election? We absolutely love to see it.
