Liam Payne just posted a very weird TikTok video featuring him and Harry Styles… and we’re not quite sure why. Brace yourselves, folks, it’s extremely uncomfortable to watch.
The clip features Payne Face-Timing “H” only to show… a looping gif of Styles smiling and laughing. The weirdest bit: Payne pretends he’s talking to him… like, has an actual genuine real life conversation with a gif of his former One Direction bandmate.
It’s… extremely uncomfortable to watch.
“Oop, looks like someone’s got the giggles,” Payne says to the literal lifeless animated image of his friend. “That’s nice.”
And, naturally, all of the comments on the video are of people quite literally freaking out at the very awkward clip.
“I am officially losing my mind,” said one fan.
“This is Payne-ful to watch,” admitted another.
“And the clown month has officially started.”
It’s unclear whether Payne is teasing an upcoming One Direction reunion with *whatever this is*, but we can all safely agree that somewhere out there, Harry Styles is at home, cuddling up with a nice woolly warm knitted sweater, some tea and a fireplace, watching this like: 👁️👄👁️.
