Did you know there is an actual saint walking among us on earth? His name is Calum Hood, and he’s an Aussie BEB.
While Calum has been touring with 5 Seconds of Summer promoting their new music (WHICH IS INCREDIBLY, BY THE WAY), he noticed a fan in need.
Their dog needed life-saving surgery because of a tumour.
A #5SOSFam member named Ashley Garcia created a GoFundMe to raise $3000 for 9-year-old dog, Reyna, who she calls her “best friend,” can get the surgery required.
“[The vet] said it’s a breast tumour and needs to be checked if it’s cancerous,” the page description reads. “I’ve had her for 9 years and seeing her like that break my heart. I can’t lose her. The doctor said she needed the surgery as soon as possible. The surgery is about $3,000 because she also needs to get spayed. My family and I don’t have enough money to cover it all. And I can’t and won’t risk losing her, she’s my best friend.”
Only a few small donations were being received, UNTIL Calum donated the full $3000.
When the girl realised what Calum had done, she freaked.
Calum is a huge dog lover, and he even recently adopted a small pupper named Duke, who he posts about all the time.
