There’s more upsetting news for estranged couple Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian, except this time the whole family is to blame!
Chyna is suing the entire Kardashian family for allegedly having Rob & Chyna season two cancelled, court papers obtained by Us Weekly reveal.
Blac, 29, is claiming the Kardashians used “power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season.”
Alleging they “demand the network not proceed with a second season of Rob & Chyna.”
The E! network has refuted Chyna’s allegations claiming that Chyna refused to be in the same room as Rob, making it impossible to shoot another season, reports TMZ.
The lawsuit also reveals distressing exchanges between the couple, the documents detail Chyna has text messages from ex-fiance Rob, in the messages Kardashian writes is going to commit suicide, questions her relationship with ex-boyfriend Tyga and repeatedly requests to know why she didn’t thank him on social media when he gifted her a car in May.
Blac Chyna (real name Angela White) is also suing for alleged battery and points to Rob’s Instagram rant in July as another damaging incident. During Rob’s public rant, he posted several nude photos of Chyna without her consent and alleged that she cheated on him and that he paid for her cosmetic surgeries.
Chyna is being defended in the case by attorney Lisa Bloom. “I am pleased to represent Blac Chyna as she stands up for her rights in the lawsuit we have filed today,” Bloom told Us Weekly.
On September 27 Rob filed a separate lawsuit against Chyna for alleged assault, battery and vandalism. The Kardashians have not responded to today’s filing.
