People Are Pissed At Bella Thorne’s Insensitive Tweet About The Mudslide That Killed 17 People

Actress and singer Bella Thorne has once again shown why it’s V. important to triple check what you post on social media, especially if the post could be deemed offensive.

The Famous In Love star shared a tweet complaining about the traffic on the way to her boyfriend rapper Mod Sun’s gig at Velvet Jones in Santa Barbara due to the Californian mudslide that killed 17 people with many more still missing.

“F*** u 101 to santa barbra. I’m missing my boyfriends first date on his tour:(((,” she tweeted.

Bella’s insensitive tweet srsly angered people and fans fired back with furious tweets.

“I’m so sorry that you’ve been inconvenienced by the 17 people that have lost their lives. This must be tough for you,” one said.

“Santa Barbra apologizes for the inconvenience, next time we’ll plan our natural disasters according to your social schedule,” wrote another fan.

“I’m sure all of the people who died from the mudslides are very concerned with your irritation of missing your boyfriend’s concert,” said a third fan. “It’s not like there’s a different route you can take when you’re dead.”

After noticing the heavy backlash, Bella deleted the tweet and clarified that she had not seen the news before posting.

“F*** just caught up on some news had no idea why the 101 was shut down…get home to your family safe,” she wrote.
