Kylie Jenner has been dethroned as Insta-queen by the most random of all things – an egg.
Yes, you read that right. Not one of her sisters.
Not even a fellow Hollywood A-lister.
A FREAKING EGG.
The page with just one post named (world_record_egg) has topped over TWO MILLION followers with it’s campaign to snatch the crown for Instagram’s most-liked photo.
Today the photo reached more than 22 million likes. That’s more than 4 million over Kylie’s old record holding pic.
The caption asks grammers to join the egg gang and help set the world record.
“Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram. Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this 🙌”

We don’t know whether to laugh or cry.
It’s lucky Kylie has a good sense of humor. She responded to the news with a video of herself cracking an egg onto the road with the caption “take that little egg”.
The egg might have taken her crown for most liked photo, but we don’t think it will be the next selfie queen anytime soon.
