Literally everyone has a celeb crush (and if you say you don’t, you’re a big fat liar!) but unforch, most of us will never get the chance to come face-to-face with him/her.
It’s a sad reality, but it had to be said…
Unless, of course, you become an Olympian like Adam Rippon and get invited to the hottest parties in Hollywood!
The 28-year-old was lucky enough to meet his (and our) mega crush Shawn Mendes at an Oscars after party and here’s what went down.
“Shawn was actually super sweet, super nice,” the athlete revealed during his appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
“So I went up to him and I was like, ‘Hey, Shawn. I’m Adam.’ He was like, ‘Hey, I’m Shawn.’ And I was like, ‘Thank you so much for introducing yourself.’”
He even got a pic with the “Mercy” singer!
He adds: “He’s really tall but he’s super cute. Like, how can anybody have anything bad to say about him?”
“We talked for like 30 seconds but I kind of feel like we had a connection.”
We totally ship Shawn and Adam. We need to make this happen!
