Michael Rapaport – an actor you probably have no idea about but your dad does – has shown his true, sexist colours toward Ariana Grande, which was a BIG mistake.
Last night, he tweeted a picture of Ariana without her usual get-up, as a promotion for his podcast, and wrote “Ariana Grande is 27 acts 12, you take off those boots she hides her legs in, the cat eye make up and the genie pony tale and I think there’s hotter women working the counter at Starbucks no disrespect to Starbucks.”
It wasn’t even Ariana’s fans who were mad at him, his own fans were pissed too.
One of them wrote, “Why? I mean, just why? Why say something so irrelevant, untrue and unnecessarily cruel about someone you’ve never even met? C’mon man. Be better.”
Another person made a point about the impossible beauty standards society places on young women, and how men are usually the ones putting that pressure on.
“Another old man telling a young woman her worth only resides in her looks and tells her it’s not enough.”
But instead of apologising, he defended his actions with even more horrible comments.
