However, Miley didn't care. Instead, she posted the NSFW photo to her Instagram. Sneakily, she put it in a gallery swipe.
“Swipe right . But hurry. Instagram will definitely be removing this post soon,” Miley joked.

Funnily enough, the post has been up for eighteen hours and Instagram has yet to remove to photo for violating its strict no nipple rules.
It comes after the star got frisky with boyfriend Cody Simpson on Instagram about a week ago, posting a photo of him in between her legs. In fact, it's not the first time she's done that!
