We can't say it's surprising news, especially for Miley who has undergone a huge change in her life since ending her decade long relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
The singer went on to date Brody Jenner's ex-wife Kaitlynn Carter for a few weeks following the divorce, only to leave her for Cody shortly after.
But it all seems to stem back to Liam, who unfollowed Miley on Instagram after filing for divorce.
The insider told Radar Online, that Miley was "devastated" Liam decided to remove her from his life, saying that "after all that's been happening with her, she had been distracting herself from it all but now she is really feeling it."
"She thought somehow they would find their way back to each other and she was holding on to that, but then Liam unfollowed her and that was his way of saying it’s really done," they dished. "Yeah, Liam is not turning back. It's quite sad."
"She [Miley] is having difficulty accepting that he’s happy with Maddison," one of Liam's mates revealed. "Miley’s trying to act like she doesn’t care, but she’s secretly fuming."
