Appearing as a quest on MAFS' co-star Mike Gunner's podcast, Jess, 27, got real about the struggles she's been going through since wrapping the now infamously messy TV show - and we are here for her honesty.
We know that some of you out there are going to suggest that Jess 'asked for it' by voluntarily appearing on a reality show, but we firmly of the belief that there is absolutely NO excuse for bullying or social media trolling, and it is 100% fair to expect people (especially those who don't know you ) to treat you with respect.

Understandably, going through such a public breakup - after you sacrificed a 'marriage' to be with the person - would be an incredibly hard thing to go through.
Now throw in the absolute trash-fire that is celebs' comment sections on Instagram, and we can't blame a girl for feeling overwhelmed.

"There have been times where I've broken down and I've said I miss my life," Jess begins.
"To me, it looked like you were partying a lot and getting amongst it hard," Mike says to Jess.
"And I think there was a few people who were a bit worried about you. Are you over that have you past that now?"

"I really lost myself badly when me and Dan broke up and I know that there's a lot of rumours and a lot of things going around as to why we broke up," Jess starts.
"I think I just sort of let all that go and I threw myself into this partying to try and forget about him and forget about me."
