"One thing I want to address is that there's no truth to these Aleks cheating allegations," the quirky contestant said during an interview on KIIS FM's The Kyle And Jackie O Show. "Everything was misconstrued."
Weighing in on Ivan's surprising admission, Aleks told the radio hosts during the chat: "It's not true. I am a loyal person and I have morals. It came from Michael's mouth so I guess you can choose who to believe."
Explaining the events that transpired before her co-stars accused her of doing the dirty on Ivan, Aleks said the man she supposedly hooked up with is actually Natasha Spencer's close friend. And the former MAFS contestant can confirm there's no truth to these silly tales.
"Mishel and I went to a Serbian event and she told everyone we were filming MAFS. This person with the Ferarri is actually really good friends with Tash so she can vouch that I never once met that person outside of the boat party we were at."
Going on to discuss why Michael continued to question how her feelings for Ivan fizzled out so quickly, the 26-year-old said she'd revealed why she had a change of heart on multiple occasions, however, the footage never aired.
"It hasn't been shown but I had broken down multiple times on the couch saying I wanted to go home. The environment was so toxic and it really got to me. I said I was really happy to take the relationship outside of the experiment because it became too toxic."
As for the alleged footage Mishel apparently holds which can prove Aleks and Ivan consummated their marriage, they both agree they'd love to see the clip!
"I'd love to see that. This is news to us," Ivan said. "Why is knowing if we had sex such a big deal?" Aleks added. "I just think it's such a sacred subject and I only talk about it with people I know, trust and love. And now I am sitting here and my inbox is fluttered with death threats."
Although the episode was undoubtedly wild and filled with twists and turns, viewers weren't receptive to the cheating scandal, with people like Jessika Power threatening to turn off the TV.
"Channel Nine, Married At First Sight, this episode was pathetic," Jess told New Idea. "The producers need to get into line, like, where's the interest? If I wasn't doing a recap I would've turned it off. It's so boring. Everyone I have spoken to has said this season is boring. Even Lizzie even said herself that it is boring."
She continued: "I don't know what they've done this season but the whole episode was only about whether or not someone slept with someone. That's really boring. I would rather turn on the news."
With every contestant hurling the same insults across the table time and time again, Jess declared she's lost interest in the show as MAFS producers continue to push the same petty narrative, rather than letting the drama unfold naturally.
"They looked at last year and knew what got the ratings— young people with lots of confidence and a bit of energy. So they thought, let's just chuck all of those sorts of people into the room and see what happens. Unfortunately, they're all the same person. In our season, everyone was different and there were different opinions and personalities that made it interesting. We had Cyrell, me, Cam and Jules... That's how it should have gone."
