When asked if he had been sleeping with KC after the show, he said he needed to give KC "roofies" before he could have sex with her.
"To be honest with you, if I had a shot with KC, I'd take it. But I think she's out of my league," he said.
"I don't know how many roofies I'd need to give her to get a shot. I just don't know whether I'd be able to get in there."
Roofies is the slang term for the drug Rohypnol, which is used as a date rape drug.
What is so surprising about the joke is that Michael and KC are allegedly in a relationship right now, which has been confirmed by Michael's ex-wife Stacey Hampton.
When she was asked about it on Instagram she redplied with a thumbs up!
Micheal and KC have been apparently dating since December 2019, when the show was finished filming, and before the cast returned for the reunion on January 15.
It came after photos of the pair looking extremely cuddly at a party in Sydney surfaced online, after KC asked Stacey for permission to get a drink with Michael.
While Stacey gave a hard no, shown on leaked messages between the two, KC went behind her back and met up with her ex-husband anyway.
The appalling comments come after it was revealed that he had made awful remarks to MAFS bride Vanessa Romito's acne.
Reported by Get Real Entertainment Australia, the controversial groom commented on Vanessa's Instagram after she married Chris Nicholls, making fun of her acne and the fact that she is currently not married.
"I love you babe but let's fix your face then work out getting you a husband," he wrote, adding laughing face emojis.
