Every woman’s body reacts differently to any given lifestyle routine – it’s the nature of life itself.
Of course, there are little things we can incorporate into our routines to keep us looking and (more importantly) feeling healthy.
Kylie Jenner’s slow, steady and realistic diet and exercise routine is testament to that.

After giving birth to her first daughter, Stormi in 2018, Kylie spent several months slowly getting her body back into a manageably healthy routine.
The queen of logo-emblazoned bodycon dresses and midriff-baring tops, Jenner isn’t shy to flaunt off her physique.
And of course, Jenner was only 21 years old when she gave birth (she’s 23 years old now), so youth-driven teenage metabolism no doubt played a role in regaining the figure she had before.
But that factor aside, here’s what we know about her wellness, exercise and diet regime along with raising her little girl.
Diet: Going as organic as possible
Kylie lived by the ‘treat yourself’ mantra throughout her pregnancy, openly admitting to eating doughnuts and visiting American fast food chain In-N-Out to get her craving fix.
But post-baby, Jenner made a move towards a clean, organic diet—which she stuck to long before her pregnancy.
In a post on sister Khloé’s app, she confessed that while the youngest Jenner hasn’t always been the healthiest of eaters, she is mindful about what’s on her plate: “Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It’s all about that moderation, boo!”
According to Life & Style, Kylie’s post-baby diet consists mainly of organic fish and chicken, and has cut out fried foods—swapping them for raw vegetables.
According to the magazine, she also “tries to ban anyone from eating junk food around her so that she’s not tempted.”
Quick note: There’s nothing wrong with treating yourself now and again (and we can bet Kylie does it too!). The key is finding balance.
Diet: Cutting out dairy
One major factor which Jenner has attributed to her body in the past is cutting dairy out of her diet. Speaking to E!, the 23-year-old confessed that she developed lactose intolerance in her late teens.
“I didn’t realise I was lactose intolerant,” she said. “And I love like, cheese and everything so I’m so mad… I was like, while I’m young, I might as well. I didn’t care about a diet or anything. But now, this last month, I’ve been working on it just for health reasons only.”
Another note: Before cutting any food group from your diet, speak to a trusted adult or health professional. Our bodies react in different ways when we stop eating certain things, even if all signs point to health! It’s always best to play it safe.
Diet: She doesn’t drink alcohol
In addition to cutting dairy and coconut oil out of her diet, Kylie also shies away from drinking alcohol. And according to sister, Khloé, she was never a huge fan of it. “Kendall and Kylie are not into it,” she told ELLE US.
Exercise: Upping her workouts
In contrast to her exercise-crazed siblings, we have rarely seen Jenner break a sweat. But since giving birth to daughter Stormi in 2018, the mum upped her physical activity.
According to E!, Jenner has gained a totally new perspective about exercise since giving birth: “Kylie has never been a fan of working out in the past, but has recently started a new routine and has been trying to be very consistent.”
It seems the youngest Jenner has taken a page out of sister Khloé’s book, swapping minimal physical activity for high intensity workouts.
Another source told E! 23-year-old likes to do a “lot of HIIT (high intensity interval) training and needs to be constantly switching up the moves.”
According to Life & Style, Jenner workouts also consist of “a lot of weights, cardio, running, squats and push-ups.”
Exercise: Turning Her Workouts Into A Family Activity
While she has been training hard on her own, Jenner loves joining her sisters for a family sweat session.
According to E!, Jenner often turns her workouts into a “really fun family event in the mornings.”
