And prepare to be even more shook as tech peeps have done a study to determine how much it would cost to produce the iPhone and let us tell you, it’s a whole lot less than what it’s sold for!
The Sun reports that Apple is making a whopping 64 per cent profit as it costs just $397.30 to make the new device.
The analysts physically broke the iPhones apart to figure out the value of the parts within it.
They found the iPhone X’s more expensive parts cost Apple 25 per cent more than those in the iPhone 8 but that it was priced 43 per cent higher.
When approached by Reuters, Apple refused to comment on the revelation.
