Guy proposes to girlfriend during marathon viral

There’s no doubt about it… being proposed to by the person you love is probably one of the happiest moments in anyone’s life.

HOWEVER, there’s a time and a place.

While your girlfriend is running her first ever marathon that she’s trained super hard for? WRONG TIME!

But that didn’t stop this guy, whose proposal has gone viral for all the wrong reasons.

Kaitlyn Curran’s now-fiancé Dennis Galvin popped the question this weekend to her while she was halfway through her marathon race. A moment CBS Evening News got on camera.
