In news that will delight Cadbury Crème Egg fans, the popular Easter treat is now available as ice cream.
Although the treat has been available in the UK for years, it’s only just hit Australian shores – and people are thrilled.
A Facebook page has been petitioning for the dessert to be sold in Australia for years and now it seems all of their work has finally paid off.
“CADBURY CREME EGG fans … this is next level,” an announcement on social media said.
“It’s packed with lots of CADBURY milk chocolate chips and CADBURY CREME EGG flavoured sauce. Goodbye New Years Resolution.”
A joint statement by Cadbury and Bulla said, “We’re thrilled to give Australians a new and exciting way to enjoy the legendary Cadbury Creme Egg. With such a great following in Australia and around the world, we’re delighted to team up to give chocolate and ice cream lovers a real treat in the lead up to Easter. Make sure you give it a try when you can!”
