Noughties nostalgia is ~totally~ having a moment RN, from the revival of noughties TV series’, the return of noughties hair and fash and now it looks like noughties technology is on its way back!
According to Mashable, Apple is currently working on foldable screen technology for the 2020 iPhone (AKA the iPhone after the iPhone 8 and X).
The tech giants have set up a “task force” to work on the special project.
The technology is currently being used by Samsung’s Galaxy Note X via what’s called a bendable OLED panel that is rumoured to hit stores next year.
And if the reports are true, it looks like Apple users will have their hands on their very own Apple flip phone by 2020.
Long live the noughties!
