As per The Guardian, his new album is about letting "his inner sexual piranha loose–with frightening results." But did he take it too far with this single, which focuses on how he views bisexual women?
Pride explains that he is playing "into the tired, old view that bi women and their sexualities simply exist for the gratification of their male partners."
These are the lyrics that are causing outrage:

It's a lot, and Twitter was NOT here for it.

"my sexuality is not your f***ing fetish, I'm disgusted how straight people still think bi women (and bi people in general) are only worth your sex fantasies, f*** off if you still support him after this #liampayneisoverparty" another angry fan expressed.
Other fans also reminded everyone about the time Liam told Glamour UK that he was uncomfortable with Harry Styles' outfit choices, saying he couldn't have his son Bear babysat by him, because he would dress him in something "I just wouldn't understand."
"#liampayneisoverparty we knew this one was coming for YEARS. knew it right after he backlashed Harry for dressing the way he does and being who he wants. the lgbqt+ community is NOT for your fetish. to see young women, men, or ANYONE being sexualized like that is disgusting," said another.
Liam has been dating 19-year-old model Maya Henry since September this year. While he doesn't directly mention her in the song, it can be assumed that i was written about her.
Liam has yet to respond to the backlash.
