While chatting to Men's Health Australia, Liam explained how his exercise routine to build his body back up was part of helping him move on.
"Rebuilding?" Liam asked. "Yeah, that’s a good way to put it," he said, which is a very nice subtle reference to Miley.
"This last six months, honestly, for keeping my head level and just staying balanced, I’d say exercise has been big for me," he admitted.
Right now Liam is physically in the best shape of his life, and he credits his workouts to giving him some mental clarity.
In February, Us Weekly also reported on Liam, saying he "has been very focused on getting in amazing shape," adding that "he also enjoys working out because it helps him have a positive mindset and distracts him from any negativity or drama."
Liam has also moved on with his new girlfriend Gabriella Brooks, whom we have all seen him making out with on a beach.
